  Registration Policy

• The registration fee must be paid in full with a credit card when registering for the conference.
  
  
• Every paper (including those in the Student Doctoral Program, Workshops, Fast Abstract Track, and Industry Track) must have at least one paid non-student registration, (i.e., the student registration is not sufficient) in order to be included in the conference proceedings or the QRS 2017 companion.
  
  
• Authors with multiple papers must pay one non-student registration for each paper.
  
  
• Each non-student registration covers all the technical sessions at the main conference and workshops, as well as meals and social events such as lunches, coffee breaks, reception, banquet, etc.
  
  
• Student registration only applies to full-time students. Proper IDs must be presented at the conference. It cannot be used to satisfy the registration requirement for the paper to be included in the proceedings or companion.
  
  
• Student registration does not include tickets for conference reception on July 26th (Wednesday) and conference banquet on July 27th (Thursday).
  
  

  Refund Policy

• Cancellation by July 1, 2017: Full refund less a $50 USD administrative fee.
  
  
• Cancellation by July 10, 2017: 50% refund of paid registration.
  
  
• Cancellation after July 10, 2017: No refund. However, you may substitute another person for your registration at any time. Contact Professor W. Eric Wong in the event if you want to make a substitution.
  
  
• If you are the only author who paid a full registration fee for a paper that has already been included in the proceedings or companion, you cannot ask for a refund.
